One not to be missed – the first solo exhibition of fellow artist Kimi Wylde, opening this week at Jacksons Lane Theatre, one of North London’s exciting creative spaces.
Kimi Wylde re-interprets great works of the past by Pop Artists such as Roy Lichenstein and Richard Hamilton to explore mass consumer culture in all its manifestations. Her photographs convey a bold and provocative style creating a hybrid of high and low art that is accessible for everyone.
In Soap Art, Kimi airbrushes life through fiction and uses photography as comic relief and escapism into an alternate reality.
